Alexis Apostolellis and Richard Beswick are the current SA title holders of the tandem event. Alexis has been riding tandem over the past 3 years for Cyclelab with consistent results in the top 3 places in most major events in addition to winning the SA championships in 2005. Alexis was a member of the Vets SuperCycling Cylelab cycling team in 2005. Richard Beswick is a prominent mountain bike pro who is the title holder of many of the local MTB classic events, Richard is a previous S.A Champ in Mountain biking .Richard also writes for Ride, Bicycling and Go-Multi magazines and top internet sites on race reports as well as having a dedicated page in CyclingNews newspaper and has through his efforts created large brand awareness for his mountain bike sponsors - Jeep and Mugg and Bean (who he will continue to ride for in mountain bike races). This type of commitment will be continued in order to gain the most possible exposure for SWITCH (Now know as Cellfood Sport) .

Richard and Alexis are the current SA road title holders of the Tandem section
and both received 2005 Central Gauteng Colours for road cycling.
Alex has been taking Cellfood Sport for the past 2 years. "I
take it before and during a race, I feel it gives me a lot of energy
and gives me the extra edge when competing in a cycling race, I
also take Cellfood Sport at night, 3 hours after I have eaten my dinner
in order to assist me with weight loss. It is an amazing product
and I recommend it to any athlete".

SWITCH LADIES CYCLING TEAM
The ladies team are sponsored by Cellfood Sport and they competed
in a one week race in the Eastern Cape and did very well.
